Vice-Chancellor's International Attainment Scholarship UG New international students on non-clinical programmes achieving the equivalentof AAB in UK A level exams or 35 points in the International Baccalaureate.


Please kindly note, if you are an offer holder from one of the University’s partner colleges (BAC, HELP, INTI & Taylors) offering the Law Transfer programme in Malaysia, there is a separate non-tiered scholarship available which will have been communicated to you via your counselling team, as detailed below.  

£2,000 fee reduction for first year of study.

No application necessary, automatically awarded to those who meet the criteria. Award confirmed to successful candidates by email.

 

New international students on non-clinical programmes achieving AAA+ in UK A level exams or 36 points and above in the International Baccalaureate will receive a £2,500 fee reduction for their first year of study.

Vice-Chancellor's International Attainment Scholarship – Malaysian Law Transfer Partner

Brickfields, HELP and INTI - Year 2 entry - achieve 55% overall with no module below 50%
Brickfields, HELP and INTI - Year 3 entry -
achieve 65% overall with no module below 60%

Taylor's -
Year 2 entry -
achieve 65% overall with no module below 60%
Taylor's - Year 3 entry -
achieve 75% overall with no module below 70%

 

 

£2,500 flat rate fee reduction for first year of study. No application necessary, automatically awarded to those who meet the criteria. Award confirmed to successful candidates by email.

 

Sport Liverpool Scholarships Talented athletes competing at national/regional levels. 

Up to £2,000 to support performance. Application necessary.

Liverpool International College (LIC) Merit Scholarship High achieving LIC Foundation Certificate programme students progressing onto a non-clinical degree.

Students who receive 70-74% receive £1,000 fee reduction for first year of study.

No application necessary, automatically awarded to those who meet the criteria.

Liverpool International College (LIC) Excellence Scholarship High achieving LIC Foundation Certificate programme students progressing onto a non-clinical degree.

Students who receive 75% or above receive a £2,500 fee reduction for first year of study.

No application necessary, automatically awarded to those who meet the criteria.

Liverpool International College (LIC) Regional Progression Award

Students from; Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Africa, South Asia (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Butan) Commonwealth of Independent States and the Americas on progression to a University of Liverpool degree.

£1,000 fee reduction.

No application necessary, automatically awarded to those who meet the criteria.

Liverpool International College (LIC) First Class Award Students progressing from the Foundation Certificate at Liverpool International College who go on to achieve a 70%+ average in any year of study (excluding final year) of their University of Liverpool degree programme.

£1000 fee deduction will be awarded in each academic year subsequent to the achievement of 70%+ at the University of Liverpool.

No application is necessary, automatically awarded to those who meet the criteria.

Hong Kong Association Scholarships Competitive scholarships for offer holders from Hong Kong SAR and PR China.

Various. Mainly partial tuition and/or living cost scholarships.

Application necessary through HKGA.

Tung and Yu Undergraduate Scholarships Competitive scholarships for students from Hong Kong SAR and PR China, studying full-time undergraduate programmes, displaying academic excellence.

£6,000 awarded annually.

LLB Law for Graduates Scholarship first year of study

Available to non-EU international students who attain excellent degree results

Three awards of £1,000 for the first year of study.

No application necessary, automatically awarded to those who meet the criteria.

Definitions

International student 

Your eligibility for international scholarships is decided by your fee status. Any student who pays tuition fees at the international or overseas rate is eligible to be considered for our international scholarships. A student paying EU fees is not considered an international student for the purposes of these scholarships. 

Clinical programmes

For 2017-18, these are:

  • A200 Dental Surgery 
  • A201 Dental Surgery (Graduate Entry)   
  • A100 Medicine 
  • A101 Medicine (Graduate Entry) 
  • D100 Veterinary Science
