Entry requirements



Students who have followed the national curriculum (Tawjihyya), are advised to complete the Foundation Certificate at Liverpool International College or an equivalent foundation programme.

A-levels, International Baccalaureate Diploma, SATs

Students offering A-levels, International Baccalaureate with a minimum 28 points or SATs can apply for direct entry to year one of undergraduate programmes.

Postgraduate Taught


Emirati students holding a Bachelors degree can apply for Masters programmes. For most programmes we will be looking for a GPA of at least 3 or equivalent.

Postgraduate Research


Each application is assessed on its own merits, however students will usually be expected to hold both a Bachelors and a Masters degree. Previous exposure to research or thesis writing is highly desirable.

Preparation programmes

Liverpool International College offers Foundation and Pre-Master's courses to international students who don't meet the university's minimum entry requirements. Find out more on the college's website
