Dates and fees

We carefully schedule the start dates of our Pre-sessional English courses, based on the length of each course, so on successful completion you can quickly progress onto your intended degree.

Whichever length of Pre-sessional English course you'll be studying, you can usually expect to complete your Pre-sessional English course in August or September, ready for the start date of most of our degrees. We occasionally schedule additional Pre-sessional English courses to finish in December too.

How to pay your fees

You can pay your Pre-sessional English tuition fees online.

If you are a self-funding student, an initial £1,000 deposit towards the total cost of your tuition fees is required, once you have received an offer of a place on a Pre-sessional English course and choose to accept it

If your tuition fees are being paid by an external sponsor, you must submit an official sponsor letter or purchase order (on official letter headed paper) from your sponsor, as a formal financial guarantee.

The outstanding balance of your tuition fees must be paid before you start the Pre-sessional English course.

In some circumstances, you may be asked to pay all of your Pre-sessional English tuition fees before we issue your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).
