We are here to help support all of our international students with anything from visa issues to welfare advice.
Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, the Alsop Building is closed. However, International Advice and Guidance, like the rest of Student Welfare Advice & Guidance, Counselling and Mental Health Advisory Service will continue to provide support via phone and email, as well as virtual drop-in and appointments.
If you are unable to find an answer to your query on our web pages or the University COVID-19 FAQ’s pages here, you can either email us to email@example.com with your enquiry or access our Online Booking System to book a confidential one-to-one drop-in slot. If there are no appointments available, please email us to let us know so more can be scheduled.
If your enquiry is urgent or you would prefer to speak with a member of the team please either email us to request a callback or call 0151 795 1000 and ask to speak with one of the team between 9 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday.
