PGR Graduation Deadlines

July 2023 Graduation:

In order to be awarded in time for July 2023 graduation the Research Degree Administration Team must have received the following no later than Tuesday 27 June 2023:

1.  A full set of completed and signed paperwork from all Examiners recommending an award:-

• Internal Examiners Initial Report
• External Examiners Initial Report
• Joint Final Report
• Minor/ Major Modifications (if needed)

2. Confirmation from the library that the final thesis has been uploaded successfully

If your viva examination is scheduled near the time of a graduation ceremony we cannot guarantee that you will meet the criteria to be conferred at that ceremony.

Once you have submitted your final thesis you will receive information from the Student Administration and Support Division regarding graduation. Alternatively more information on graduation and appropriate deadlines can be found on the Graduation website.
