Whether you’re a complete beginner or an elite competitor, trampolining is exciting, dynamic and above all fun, so come and have a go! Our team prides itself on being inclusive of all abilities and all levels of competition so what are you waiting for!
As it really is suitable for everyone, most people pick the sport up quickly and we have a mix of student and high performance qualified coaches at every session to get you started or to help you improve if you've done it before.
We are a member of the North of England Universities Trampolining (NEUT) League and attend around 8 competitions a year all over the country, which are open to everyone and are great fun. These competitions are as relaxed or as serious as you would like them to be and there is no expectation to compete, with categories to cater for every level of ability and a ginormous social with all of the trampoline teams around the country on one of the days. We even host our very own competition, the Liver Cup, which this year will take place in November and is the standout highlight of the season. Other competitions include Varsity against LJMU, Christy Cup against Manchester and Leeds and BUCS which is against all the universities across the UK. These are great opportunities to showcase the club’s ability and progress over the year, no matter what level of competition.
We also have regular social activities, including AU nights, bar crawls, film nights, trips to Alton Towers and the infamous cheese and wine (to name a few), which give you plenty of chances to get to know everyone and make some great friends for life.
We train twice a week at the University sports centre and these sessions are open to everyone including non-students. You can join us at any time during the year, just come along and speak to a committee member or Sport Liverpool member of staff who can help get you signed up.
So what are you waiting for? Why not see for yourself how much fun trampolining is?
