Fitness Drop In Sessions

Fitness Team on the functional training frame

Our Fitness Team are running 20-30 minute drop in mobility sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am in the Fitness Suite.

These sessions are free of charge and are aimed at anyone who wants to gain a little bit more knowledge with their training. Our fitness consultants will take you through a step by step mobility routine which you can take away and incorporate into your weekly training regime.

There is no commitment to turn up every week or to even book, just turn up and join in whenever is convenient to you, as long as you are a premium member.

These sessions will focus on stretch and mobility. Key benefits include:

  • Decreased soreness and joint pain.
  • More fluid movements and improved flexibility.
