I have over eight years of experience in Personal Training in a gym and outside setting. Growing up in quite a rural area meant I was either running/walking or cycling from an early age. My passion for moving your body and realising your full potential is constantly ongoing . Exercise should never be a chore. It should be fun, with proven stress relieving benefits for your body and mind.
Whether you are a beginner or already familiar to exercise, I will encourage you and make your sessions fun and challenging. In turn you will follow a tailored programme which will keep you accountable towards your target goal.
In addition to dryland training you can find me splashing about in the pool.
