Outdoor Gym

Lifting weights, performing circuits and sprinting are great and efficient ways to improve your mood, fitness and wellbeing. We take this seriously at Sport Liverpool with our large indoor gym. But in order to encourage everyone to try out and take part in many forms of exercise, our unique outdoor container gym is available to everyone to use.

With a sprint track, sledge track, general exercise space with free weights, kettlebells, power bags as well as pull up bars, bench press and multi-functional free weight activities all within the outdoor container gym area, there's a great opportunity to get fit and stay active on campus for free.

We now have weekly open workout sessions and instructor-led classes available, see our timetable below and book a free space as places are limited:

Active Campus

Here at Sport Liverpool, we have decided to take action and help our students and staff get active on campus. Our aim is to inspire students and staff to be physically active through health promotion and excellent sports and fitness provision.
