Outdoor Container Gym

Lifting weights, performing circuits and sprinting are great and efficient ways to improve your mood, fitness and wellbeing. We take this seriously at Sport Liverpool with our large indoor gym. But in order to encourage everyone to try out and take part in many forms of exercise, our unique outdoor container gym is available to everyone to use.Our outdoor training is ready to lift off.

With a sprint track, sledge track, general exercise space with free weights, kettlebells, power bags as well as pull up bars, bench press and multi-functional free weight activities all within the outdoor container gym area, there's a great opportunity to get fit and stay active on campus for free.

We now have weekly open workout sessions and instructor-led classes available, see our class timetable here. Spaces are limited so please book your place below!

Active Campus
