Terms & Conditions

At the time of booking you will be required to pay in full or pay a deposit (1/2hour session - £10 deposit / 45min session - £15 deposit / 1 hour session - £20 deposit) which will be deducted from the total price of your therapy. You will also need to produce a valid SFC membership card or AU card to qualify for the membership price. You will be issued with a receipt once you have paid the full balance of your treatment which you must give to the therapist at the time of your appointment. If you book a treatment session by telephone, then you must visit the Centre at least 48 hours before your appointment time to pay and receive your receipt.

First Session

Individuals are asked to arrive for their first session 10 minutes before the time booked to assist with the process of information gathering.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel and/or re-arrange your session. A £10 charge will be applied to all late cancellations.
