In need of a little motivation, then try one of our campus workouts below!


Join us this August for our Couch to 5k Programme!

If you are a beginner to running or are a little out of practice then join us for some advice, support and motivation to help you complete this 10 week couch to 5k.

We will be running weekly talks hosted by our fitness consultant Peter, covering a variety of topics to keep you on track and improve your training sessions. We will also be posting weekly exercises and stretches to compliment your running on our instagram account @livunigym so follow us for updates!
