Mind and Movement

Mind and Movement is a blend of yoga, pilates & meditation so is the perfect class for anyone seeking to improve their overall physical and mental wellbeing through light to medium exercise. This class focuses on breathwork, strength, balance and flexibility as the instructor will guide you through a blend of the three styles.
