Tone up, slim down and improve your fitness levels with our legs, bums and tums workout. This class is a fun opportunity for everyone to try a challenging workout. Our legs, bums and tums workout is designed to help our members improve their fitness. This workout is a perfect mixture of both cardio and high rep, resistance training built to increase endurance, improve cardiovascular health and tone up your favourite body parts too!
