There are plenty of opportunities to play football whilst you are at University. Male, female, indoor or outdoor on grass or on Astroturf; we have a wide selection to suit your needs.
If joining a sports club isnt your thing, and you want to play a more recreational level of football with your friends or as part of your Halls or department, then Campus Football is for you!
The University’s Campus Football programme is the first in England to be accredited through the FA’s Charter Standard. The men’s and women’s teams that play in all of these programmes represent schools, departments, halls and groups of friends. Both students and staff can participate in Campus Football. We offer both men’s and women’s programmes as well as the opportunity to get involved with refereeing and coaching. If you would like to enter a team into any of the campus leagues below, download the application forms on the right hand side of this page. Membership to Campus Football costs £40. To join Campus Football please go to the Sports & Fitness Centre Reception and complete a membership form.
