How will you be celebrating your graduation day?

With family at home, and a takeaway in the evening!

Can you share a highlight of your time at University?

The research methods marathon; brutal, but the biggest eye opener to the research methods available to a social sciences researcher!

What are your next steps and plans for the future?

I was lucky enough to be awarded ESRC funding for my PhD at the University of Liverpool, continuing in the same department that I have been in since my undergrad. I have now started, and look forward to, the PhD journey at Liverpool, with the hopes of a career in academia in the future. I couldn’t have done this without the fabulous staff in the department of Sociology, Social Policy and Criminology – thank you!
