LivWiSE Thank You Awards

The Liverpool Women in Science and Engineering (LivWiSE) Society Thank You Awards are an opportunity to celebrate women and non-binary contributions to science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine (STEMM).

The awards are also an opportunity to thank the people and allies who have supported and promoted these contributions.

Make a nomination

Our annual Thank You Awards are open to everyone, whether you’re a student, academic, staff, alumni, teacher, technician, pupil, or work professionally in STEMM.

  • Would you like to thank somebody for their contributions to STEMM?
  • Do you want to thank and acknowledge someone who has supported women in STEMM?

Just complete our short online nomination form to submit your nomination.

Nominate someone for a Thank You Award

Alternatively, you can email your nomination to livwise@liverpool.ac.uk with the name and email address of your nominee and an explanation of why you want to thank them.

Nominations will close at the start of January 2027. Award recipients will be contacted later that month. All nominees will receive an e-certificate of thanks and a selection of awards will be shared on our website.
