License our technology

Our IP Commercialisation Team have extensive experience of partnering with companies to license innovative technologies developed at the University of Liverpool and are skilled in taking these new products and services to market.

The University places importance on supporting academics and researchers through the process of commercialising their research. This is evident through the University’s Enterprise Investment Fund (EIF) scheme. Funding is available for staff to de-risk technologies developed at the University, for commercialisation with industry, typically leading to a licence deal or spin-out.
