Personal Statement

Paula is a Senior Lecturer in Sociology of Health and Illness within the Department of Health Services Research, University of Liverpool, UK. Paula has a background in Psychology and Sociology, and utilises both disciplines both in education and research. As an educator, works predominantly within clinical degree courses, including medicine and dentistry, and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
