Research Interests

My research interests are centred on food systems transformation, and psychological factors related to appetite and weight management. Specifically these are:
- Relationships between urban agriculture and health, diet and food security.
- Determinants of consumer acceptance of urban grown food and alternative proteins.
- The role of hedonic hunger in weight management.
- Food reward, food cue reactivity and appetite.
- Laboratory assessment of appetite and eating behaviour.
- Environmental influences on appetite and eating behaviour.
