Refund Policy

The University of Liverpool can only refund payments as set out in this policy.

The Refunds Policy applies to all members of staff undertaking to return payments on behalf of the University, and any refund requests that are not compliant with this policy will be returned to the originator. 

This document forms part of the University’s Financial Regulations and compliance by all individuals associated with the University is mandatory and subject to audit. Failure to adhere to these procedures without the appropriate authority may lead to disciplinary action.

The policy will be reviewed and updated every three years or as changes in internal processes dictate.
