I am sociable person who favours team work and appreciates a harmonic and supportive surrounding.
I rejoice in know-how exchange between colleagues and discussions and like to participate actively. I always think through upcoming tasks and accomplish them conscientiously and efficiently as possible.
During bioanalytics courses and my work for the master thesis, I gained experience in operating high-performance liquid chromatographs and mass spectrometers. Furthermore I assisted and conducted service and cleaning of such systems. I analysed intact proteins independently with HPLC-MS and evaluated outcoming data. At Novartis additionally gas chromatography and detection systems like FID, ELSD and CAD were used. In 5 years of Biology studies experience with a broad range of techniques used in molecular biology, cell biology and genetics was gathered.
Experienced in handling Chromeleon software (versions 6.8 and 7.2) and Xcalibur (version 2). Evaluation of MS data was accomplished with Protein Deconvolution software 2.0 and 3.0 (Thermo Scientific), MagTran and GPMAW 9.51. During Internship at Novartis I gained additional experience with Masslynx, Acquity and Chemstation.
Knowledge about how to write a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) including a self-written SOP about experiments and data evaluation performed during my master thesis.
