Weddings at Ness Botanic Gardens

We'd like to thank all of our May 2020 couples for their understanding, patience and good spirits in the face of the current complications with ceremonies caused by the coronavirus crisis. We have mutually agreed to postpone the ceremonies for the time being but rest assured that the gardens will be just as pristine as you remember them when you eventually return. We can't wait to host your perfect day!

Click here to go on a virtual tour of the Rock Garden.

Our beautiful Gardens provide a unique and unforgettable setting for your wedding. Whether you want an intimate ceremony or a more rambunctious celebration, we will work with you every step of the way, making sure your day is complete in every way.

Your ceremony can take place either in the Summer House, located in our Rock Garden, or in the Hulme Conservatory, located within our light and airy Visitor Centre. We can accommodate parties of up to 100 people.

Thank you to our couples who nominated us for the 2021 North West Wedding Awards!

Still not sure? Why not come along to one of our free wedding open days where you can get advice from our expert wedding planners and get a taste of what Ness has to offer as a venue and the opportunity to ask all those questions you have about your special day. To see when our next open day is, please visit our events section.

I cannot even begin to thank you for helping organise the best wedding I could ever have dreamed of, it was exactly what I had imagined. Many people came up to me and complimented the food. It really was a perfect day and the best bit was I didn't have to worry about a thing because I knew you had it in hand.

Alyn and Shaun, 2019 wedding couple

Rain, wind or shine, Ness will be able to accommodate all your needs on your special day. Whether you're in the cosy Hulme room pictured above or the picturesque setting of the rock garden. Thank you to Jessica O'Shaughnessy for capturing these breath-taking images!
