Access to the Garden and renewing memberships We are aware that our closure means there will be an impact on access to the gardens for our Members. In addition, it is not possible to renew or purchase new memberships at the present time. With this in mind, we have taken to the decision to roll all memberships forward by an appropriate amount of time, when we reopen. We will be in touch with all Members when a clearer timeline emerges.
The Gentian The Covid-19 ‘lockdown’ has had an impact on our ability to be able to send out the latest edition of The Gentian magazine. As soon as we are in a position to be able to post the magazines out to Members we will do so. In the meantime, we have posted a PDF of the Spring 2020 Gentian online for you to enjoy here.
Members of Ness Botanic Gardens Coach Programme 2020 We had planned to release details the 2020 Coach Programme with the spring Gentian. However, a number of the planned excursions will no longer be taking place due to the circumstance surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic. We are in contact with all the venues we had organised trips to in order to discuss the best way forward in the current circumstances.
Membership Office The membership office team are now working from home, which means we are only able to communicate by electronic means. While we understand that this is not ideal for everyone this is due to circumstances beyond our control. If you are not already receiving our e-newsletter now is a great time to join as we will be using this to keep our Members up to date.
