Core Foundation in Medical Science

The School of Medicine's undergraduate and graduate entry programmes deliver detailed basic and clinical sciences education within the first two years of undergraduate study, underpinning safe clinical practice.

Students are taught using a body systems approach in a variety of formats including lectures, clinical skills and anatomy sessions, and case-based learning by a range of academic and clinical experts.

Assessment for learning opportunities are followed by feedback from experts to ensure students understand key concepts.
