We would ask that tutors report all student absences from their placements.

Please email the appropriate year administrator below detailing the following information:

  • Name of Student
  • Date of Absence
  • Duration of Absence
  • Reason for Absence (if known)
  • Year of Study
  • Reporter of Absence
  • Position
  • Practice Name
