Maths Department host an international workshop in Singularity Theory
The Mathematical Sciences Department hosted an international workshop in Singularity Theory, its Applications and Future Prospects from 18-22 June 2012.
This event was held to celebrate the 60th birthday of Bill Bruce and the 75th birthday of Terry Wall. The workshop was attended by over 80 delegates from around the world and was organised by Professor Peter Giblin and Professor Victor Goryunov and funded by the EPSRC, the London Mathematical Society and the Department of Mathematical Sciences.
