I am currently conducting doctoral research about different learning styles cross-culturally between China and the UK, particularly with reference to how culture, personality and individual ecology affect learning. My longitudinal research was carried out over a year and enabled me to explore the transitional nature of identity and the individual educational journey during a Master's programme.

I conducted primary research concerning female HR leadership for my Masters in Strategic HR.
