Dr Adelphe Ekponon MEng, MSc, PhD

Personal Statement

Dr Ekponon is a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Finance at the University of Liverpool Management School. Before joining the ULMS, Adelphe was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Cambridge - Judge Business School. His broad research interests include: Theoretical and Empirical Asset Pricing, Macro-Finance, Structural Models in Corporate Finance, Sovereign Credit Risk, and Crypto-Asset Pricing.

Adelphe’s current papers develop theoretical and empirical methods to show how macroeconomic conditions can improve our understanding of issues in asset pricing and corporate finance.

His work has been presented at the Financial Management Association, European Finance Association, American Economic Association, Northern Finance Association, and many institutions/Universities in the UK, USA, Canada, France, and Belgium.
