In recognition of her research collaboration with Professor Julia Balogun, the Pasmore-Woodman Award was also presented to Professor Linda Rouleau of HEC Montréal. Together, their work has made a significant contribution to organisation development and change theory and practice.

Commenting on the award, Professor Julia Balogun said: "It is a real honour to receive the Pasmore-Woodman Award alongside Linda Rouleau. Research is built on collaboration, and I have been fortunate to work with colleagues whose ideas, expertise and support have helped shape research that we hope has made a meaningful contribution to both scholarship and practice."
