The University of Liverpool’s Growth Catalyst cohort graduated from the 9 month leadership development programme.

Growth Catalyst is a leadership development programme for small businesses in Merseyside with 2-250 employees. Developed by experts in the field of leadership and management, the programme has been designed to respond to the needs of owners and managers, providing both personal and business growth.

Business leaders from local Merseyside companies celebrated their graduation at an event held in the Women’s Org, Liverpool. The group had an opportunity to reflect on their own personal journey throughout the duration of the course and shared their business aspirations as well as their own goals for development in the future.

As well as receiving a graduation certificate, individuals were recognised with an awards ceremony with categories including “Staff Development” and “Business Growth” .

Programme Director, Professor Ossie Jones said: “We are very proud of the achievements of all the graduates of the Growth Catalyst programme. It has been a long and challenging 9 months, in which the participants have received over 90 hours of business support, including, a two day leadership retreated, a series of 8 masterclasses, 6 hours of coaching, 25 hours of Action Learning, a business exchange and 3 days to reflect on and consolidate their learning”.

“It is so fantastic that we have this opportunity to recognise the achievements of these individuals.”
