Student receives internship at London architecture firm

Sihan Qin, a University of Liverpool in London MSc Urban Planning student, will be starting a 10 week paid internship in September working as a Graduate Landscape Architect Intern at the firm Exterior Architecture.

This competitive internship was awarded to Sihan following her application and interview, which demonstrated her motivation, organisation and excellent design and communication skills developed through her studies on the Urban Planning Master’s.

The internship will give Sihan the opportunity to be part of busy and forwarding thinking practice working on high profile jobs both in the UK and internationally, from concept through to detailed design and contract implementation.

Sihan said: "The Msc Urban Planning courses provided me with different point of view to see the urban planning and a chance to develop communication skills. Being a landscape architect is my ideal job. I am so excited to begin this internship in London. The internship is an important opportunity for me get experience for my future career from concept design to practice."
