Innovative employability project develops London-based opportunities for students

Posted on: 21 August 2018 in Careers

This is the first project of its kind for University of Liverpool School of Histories, Languages and Cultures students, and it will be held at the London campus this September.

A group of students who are about to enter their final year studying History, Politics and Irish Studies will be staying in London and based at the campus in Finsbury Square, on the doorstep of some of the world’s top arts, culture and heritage destinations. The students will meet with academic and industry experts from a range of disciplines in order to find out about careers and employment options to help expand their horizons in the capital.

University of Liverpool School of Histories, Languages and Cultures alumni are invited to join the students for an evening networking event on Thursday 6 September 2018, from 6.30-8.30pm. Please email laura.gallon@liverpool.ac.uk for further information. If you are interested in taking part in the project in the future, as a student, alumni or professional, please contact the same email.
