You will assess and evaluate the key management theories and concepts underpinning the functions and roles of management in the delivery of health services, building a critical understanding of the relationship between management theory and practice and public health theory and practice.

As health services constantly change and evolve, healthcare professionals need to understand the background to these developments and be able to evaluate and plan the best way forward.

This course examines past developments, but also equips delegates with the skills to manage and implement these changes.
