Phoenix Alexander, Science Fiction Collections Librarian at the University of Liverpool, will be in conversation with author Paul Mendez to talk about his groundbreaking, semi-autobiographical debut novel, Rainbow Milk. The intersectional coming-of-age story follows 19-year old Jesse McCarthy as he grapples with his racial and sexual identities against the backdrop of a Jehovah's Witness upbringing and the legacies of the Windrush generation.
