Hosted by Dr Danny O’Connor, the Colm Tóibín Lecturer in Creative Writing, winners and runners up of the Liverpool Literary Festival short story competition will have the opportunity to present their work to an audience. Entrants are invited to write a short story of no more than 1,500 words in any genre, which will then be published in an online anthology.
The competition is sponsored by Scrivener, and the judging panel includes Festival Director Professor Greg Lynall, King Alfred Chair in English Literature.
