Law year one

Year one

Develop your legal skills and knowledge to excel in your studies. Learn how lawyers locate and interpret sources of law and how these sources can be used to construct an effective argument, get a deeper understanding of the criminal justice system and the nature and functions of constitutional law in the UK.


Law year two

Year two

Discover the constitutional and institutional law of the European Union, gain insight into the law of torts and explore the role of law in underpining social justice.


Law year three

Final year

Gain in-depth knowledge from an wide choice of modules: Examine the laws and ethics within medical practice, consider the legal philosophy that underpins law or gain direct experience of legal practice in the Law School’s award-winning Law Clinic.
