Postgraduate Supervision

Members of the Charity Law & Policy Unit supervise postgraduate students at both LLM and PhD level in areas of Charity Law.

The supervision of postgraduate students leads to a pool of personnel with higher level training in Charity Law and research techniques which can form the basis of further developments in Charity Law research and postgraduate degree programmes in the Charity Law & Policy Unit.

Potential students interested in pursuing postgraduate research in the area of Charity Law are invited to contact the Director of the Charity Law & Policy Unit (Professor Debra Morris) in order to obtain further information or to discuss any research proposals that they might have. Students may register for the postgraduate degrees of LLM and PhD, either on a full-time or part-time basis.
