Undergraduate students should use Outlook on the Web instead of Webmail to access email.
If you are a member of staff you should use Outlook on your Managed Windows Service (MWS) computer for everyday access to email.
However, if you're working from home on a non-MWS machine, Webmail provides quick and easy access email off-campus. It includes most of the functionality of Outlook, including viewing shared calendars.
The latest version of Webmail has a new modern interface but the functionality remains the same. Some of the features, including the calendar, can be accessed via the blue square in the top left of the screen.
The self-service portal has a number of articles to help you use this Webmail interface. These include adding a signature, setting up an out of office and turning off conversation view.
