Aims |

To enable students to develop group and individual rehearsal skills. To enable students to develop group and individual performance skills. To enable students to improve their individual instrumental or vocal technique, focusing on the ability to perform with confidence and fluency. To help students to gain a greater awareness of the issues that support the performance of popular music. |
Learning Outcomes |

Syllabus |
|
A series of platform sessions, workshops and tutorials will take place, which will be supported by online learning activities. Through the use of these learning activities, students will explore such topics as: group dynamics, ensemble skills, stagecraft, professionalism, exploring different textures, collaborative writing and using backing vocals. In addition, students receive individual instrumental tuition on a single instrument of their choice, which will be tailored to the students’ individual needs and build on their existing technical, expressive and creative skills. |
