Aims

- To work through the stages preliminary to research / composition activity  - To diagnose and remedy any research weaknesses, - To introduce a full range of music-specific research skills vital to completion of the MRES in Arts (Music)

Syllabus

 

Weekly reading groups with other research students (MRES and PhDs); Regular attendance at staff /postgraduate colloquia. Weekly meetings with supervisors, starting with diagnostics and agreement on portfolio contents, which may be any 3 items from the assessment list.

Description: Weekly / fortnightly supervision one-to-one
