Aims |

This module aims to: Provide students with theoretical knowledge of international business while critically analysing and evaluating global markets, with a focus on developing strategic pathways for achieving international success; |

Learning Outcomes |
|
|
(LO1) Students will be able to critically appraise and design the international strategy aspects taught to the class, constructing insights on a variety of different strategy practices that businesses operate globally. |

(LO2) Students will be able to analyse and synthesise academic literature and develop their abilities and awareness of study skills relevant to global strategies. |
|
|
(LO3) Students will be able to deconstruct different topics of global strategy, specifically around how the knowledge portfolio of international strategies adapt and metamorphose under different conditions. |

(LO4) Students will be able to utilise researched information and apply it on a management/ organisational scenario. |

(LO5) Students will be able to formulate and critically assess the key concepts in strategy, ensuring they have a strong foundation for studying how organisations operate within the global economy. |

(LO6) Students will be able to critically evaluate the roles played by various global strategy disciplines in developing organisational management in an international context and demonstrate an awareness of the strategic implications of international trade and cooperation. |
