Aims |
|
|
This module aims to: Develop a holistic and integrated understanding of key functional areas of management (HR, R&D, Production, Marketing, and Finance) within the context of international business operations. This includes understanding how these functions interact and must be adapted to succeed in diverse global markets. Enhance students' ability to analyse complex international market conditions and develop data-driven, geographically nuanced business strategies within a dynamic, simulated global environment. This includes applying analytical concepts and techniques to formulate, implement, and communicate strategic recommendations. Cultivate students' capacity for collaborative strategic decision-making in a global context. This involves working effectively in teams, practicing constructive feedback, critically evaluating individual and team performance, and navigating the challenges of cross-cultural collaboration (if applicable to the simulation ). Furthermore, it aims to develop their ability to adapt and refine strategies in response to evolving market dynamics and competitive pressures. |
