Aims

The aim of the module is to give the opportunity for the students to understand the fundamentals of the graduate recruitment process used by businesses to allow for a successful placement/internship application. The module provides the opportunity for the students to receive feedback on an initial mock job application and participate in a live assessment centre. Students then reflect on their experiences of the module to allow them to make the necessary improvements to their application at each stage of the recruitment cycle.
