Aims

The aim of the module is to give the opportunity for the students to understand the fundamentals of the graduate recruitment process used by businesses to allow for a successful placement/internship application. A fundamental understanding will ensure that students know how to research a business to improve their commercial awareness as part of an application and learn how to make improvements to their application at each stage of the application cycle. Students will also learn how to reflect on their experiences of the mock assessment centre to allow for an action plan to be implemented in advance of the real thing.
