Aims |

This module provides opportunities for students to consider their learning across a range of business areasand apply it in a simulated environment. It enables them to apply their learning in strategy, finance, marketing, operations management and HR to a simulated business environment and receive realtime feedback on their decisions. |

Syllabus |

Team dynamics and team approaches to risk. Strategic decision-making in organisations and financial measures of performance. Team work – students work on simulation exercises, making decisions and responding to changing conditions as they steer their organisation to success. Reflection and assessment – students reflect on their decision-making, complexity, temporal impacts and performance. |
