This module focuses on the fundamental principles of international finance, especially on the financial management of multinational enterprises (MNE). The groundwork for this is laid by extensive discussion of: a) the global financial environment b) the agency problems within an MNE c) the foreign exchange exposure and its management and d) the financing choice of an MNE |
