Final Year PGR Refresher

The Final Year Refresher due to take place on Wednesday 1st April 2020 has been postponed for the foreseeable future.

 

The Faculty run two ‘final year refresher’ sessions for Postgraduate Research students entering their third year or writing up year. The first event will take place on Wednesday 20th November 2019 in the Taylor Room, Sidney Jones Library. This is for PGRs to discuss the crucial things students need to know as they approach the end of their PhD, such as:

  • How to change to submission pending
  • How to submit your thesis
  • Preparing for your viva
