Adapting to a hotter UK: key risks and responses
Extreme heat is a growing and under‑recognised climate risk that disproportionately affects vulnerable groups. This briefing sets out why stronger national–local coordination, focused investment, and improved public engagement are essential to reduce heat‑related risks and protect vulnerable communities.
