What support is available whilst I am abroad?

International SOS

You have access to International SOS whilst abroad, which gives you access to 24/7 worldwide health, security, travel and emergency assistance in your daily life, as well as in emergency situations. You can access their services digitally or call their Assistance Centres.

They will assist you with their teams of multilingual doctors, nurses, security and logistics experts.

We highly recommend that all students download the free Assistance App from app.internationalsos.com to contact International SOS and help you make more informed decisions based on our online health and security reports and country risk guides.

You can also sign-up for alerts and family and friends can get in touch with them too, should they have any concerns for your welfare while you are working or travelling.

For more information, you can also view the 'International SOS at a glance video', here
