Paying your tuition fees in instalments
Instalment options for paying your tuition fees are dependent on your level of study and your fee status classification.
Please note that the information below is for the academic year 2026/27. If the amount due is less than £500, payment must be made in full, rather than in instalments. Please be advised that tuition fees are subject to increase.

Overseas Undergraduate and postgraduate taught students
For Overseas Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught students, instalments are in 60%/40% payments.
When paying your first instalment, you will first need to calculate your overall fee liability.

Please ensure that you deduct any payments that have already been made, such as the tuition fee deposit for overseas postgraduate taught students, after you have calculated your initial 60% fee payment.
Payment is due at the start of the term (28 September). If you require an invoice in order to initiate payment, you may wait to make payment until you have received your invoice.
| Programme start date | Payment date |
|---|---|
| September/October 2026 | 60% of fee due 28 September 2026 |
| 40% of fee due 1 February 2027 | |
| January 2027 | 60% of fee due 1 February 2027 |
| 40% of fee due 1 June 2027 |
